With ?JB? engraved on one side, and with the ?G. C. W./E. P. N. S.? hallmark on bottom. -- A bottle holder with leather bottom. Approximately 3? in diameter, and 2 ?? high. Some wear, chipping to leather. With ?B JD / WD? hallmark on base. -- A curved cigarette case with hinged lid and press button clasp. With ?JB? engraved on lid. Approximately 3 x 3 ? x ??. Some tarnishing. With ?W. H. S.? hallmark inside. -- Curved card case with hinged lid. ?JB? engraved on one side. Approximately 1 ? x 3 x ??. Some tarnishing. No hallmark visible. -- Match case with chain attachment and hinged lid. ?JBF [?]? engraved on one side. Approximately 1 ? x 1 ? x ??. Some tarnishing, minor dents. Hallmark on inner lid (illegible). -- Ornate scroll or certificate holder with pull-off lid. Approximately 11? long and 2? in diameter. Not engraved. No hallmark visible. With a small ink marking on pull-off lid (?PC 138?). -- An ornate magnifying glass. Approximately 9? long. No engraving or hallmarks visible. This group was acquired by Robert Hess from a deceased Jeremy Brett / Sherlock collector, but cannot guarantee that these items (or some of these items) are from Brett?s collection.
