Binding rubbed, gilt on spine toned, occasional faint soiling in text, gutter facing limitation page starting and some light soiling to the facing page; slipcase lightly toned, with some splitting at some joints. Fine.

Willie Kocurek (1910-2009) was an icon of Austin, TX. A successful business owner, volunteer, civic leader, and, at the age of 70, finished law school and became a lawyer. He was known for his boundless energy and philanthropy. It is little wonder that he impressed folklorist and author Brewer.
