Publisher's cardboard covers with pictorial label on front and black tape spine (as issued), with staple-bound inner text. FIRST EDITION OF THIS UNCOMMON ALTERNATIVE COMIX ONE-SHOT. Painter is a major figure in the underground comix movement, and won two Emmys for his set design for Peewee's Playhouse. The Comics Journal has called Painter the "greatest living cartoonist."
Condition
Cardboard covers toned, bumped, creased, two (of the three) staples securing the text are spung, some wear, toning, to text. Still, very good.
