Cel featuring Mickey Mouse, being menaced by a cigar-chomping Pete, the evil captain of the guard. Background is a later print, utilized for display purposes. With the stamp of ?The Walt Disney Company" at lower right. Sight 10 ? x 14". Matted and framed under plexiglass. Frame size 17 x 21". A bit loose in frame, some light wear to frame. Fine. Not examined out of frame.
