Production cel of Woody Woodpecker and another cel of Chilly Willy the Penguin on an arctic background (background appears to be painted). Chilly Willy cel has Walter Lantz inkstamp at bottom right. Sight : 8 x 9" and 8 ? x 7 ?". Both matted and framed under glass. Frame sizes 14 x 15" and 13 x 12". Chilly Willy shows cracking, a few indentations visible on Chilly Willy acetate. Generally good. Neither examined out of frame.
