Archive of 1940s NBC Radio Photographic Stills. An unsorted collection of over 170 photographs of NBC radio personalities, each with a studio descriptive label attached, detailing the name and program in which the subject would be appearing. Nearly all photos (8 x 10?) represent male and female performers and couples, appearing on NBC radio, including many film and television actors of the immediate postwar period. Some of the subjects include Jeanne Cagney, Agnes Moorhead, Art Linkletter, George Burns and Gracie Allen, Red Skelton, Burgess Meredith, Eddie Foy, Nanette Fabray, Bud Abbott, and Lou Costello, and more. In some instances, there are a few photos of single star, but there is no duplication of images. Most with curling but will lay flat with proper storage.
