Publisher's perfect-bound printed wrappers. FIRST EDITION OF THE THIRD "NOVA SCOTIA PAMPHLETS." WITH THE RARE FOLDING POSTER LAID-IN. "Holzer began posting her Truisms as fliers pasted, guerrilla-style, on Downtown Manhattan lampposts and walls, right alongside the graffiti that, just at that time, Jean-Michel Basquiat was inscribing with spray-paint. Later, Holzer turned to less ephemeral, more prestigious materials: theater marquees, bronze plaques affixed to buildings, even the electronic signs of Times Square" (McAllister, McHale, 429).
Condition
Text in multiple languages. Wrappers worn, joints a bit worn, spine sunned, hinges starting, poster a bit toned. Good. Scarce.
