Third printing, INSCRIBED BY DUKE on the front free endpaper: ?Charlie Duke 10th man to walk on the moon Apollo 16?. Also signed by Ken Mattingly (b. 1936), the command module pilot of Apollo 16 (signed beneath Duke?s inscription).
