The musical mechanism depicts a clown in a striped costume with lace accents and pink beaded vest, performing an act on stilts while drinking alcohol. Standing, the clown leans forward, raises his left leg, and drinks from the bottle held in his right hand. Green velvet base. Matted hair and fabric wear are indicative of age and use.
