Beech-Nut Countertop 3-Tier Gum Display. [Chicago, IL: M. Metzger Co., ca. 1930s-50s]. Metal (tin?) display with chrome-style accents on side and front plate, front plate with ?Beech-Nut" decal in blue and yellow. On the rear, is a lengthy printed instruction guide by the Beech-Nut Packing Company. 18 ? high x 30 ? wide, 14" long. Each of the 3 shelves are scalloped to hold packs of gum. Some general wear, soiling, some sticker residue, rust. Very good. With 7 printed facsimiles of gum packs on cardstock. A scarce Art Deco-style design.
