Bev Bergeron?s Walt Disney World ?Pecos Bill? Costume. Circa 1970s. Owned and used by Bergeron at the Diamond Horseshoe Revue in the character of Pecos Bill, a costume consisting of full-length woolly leather cowboy chaps, with a heavy metal buckle; a braided thick leather belt with gun holster and bullets in loops, metal buckle (stamped by Viking, Mexico); and a pair of massive brown leather clown shoes. Chaps length 36?; belt 43?; shoes 17?. The lot is further accompanied by a brass horn which Bergeron used for comic sound effects, although the rubber bulb is desiccated, as well as a Wally Boag ?Boag-Alloon Animals? flattened box with printed instructions.
