Engraved title and frontispiece. Contemporary full grain morocco gilt, spine in 5 compartments with raised bands, gilt-lettering in 2, others with geometric tools, top edge gilt, gilt-stamp signed by the Monastery Hill Bindery of Chicago (spine a touch sunned, else fine). LIMITED EDITION, number 259 of 400 copies printed on Haslewood all-rag paper.
