Soft felt brown/grey hat owned and used by McDonald Birch for his version of the Popcorn trick, in which unpopped kernels, dropped in the hat, magically popped and were distributed to the audience. Stamp of Gerald?s, of Desoto, Mo. inside the brim. With photographs of Birch using the hat in various situations. Well worn.
