Blue Bayou Restaurant Opening Menu 1967. The Blue Bayou opened in New Orleans Square on the same day as Pirates of the Caribbean in 1967. This opening menu bears two pieces of Marc Davis Pirates concept art. 5 x 11?, double sided. A rare piece in fair condition. The front side displays well with only minor wear (paste was removed along the top border at some point in the past). Verso shows six tape stains along with handwriting in ball point pen.
