[BOOKPLATES ? MAGICIANS]. Collection of Magicians' Bookplates. 1900s ? 80s. Approximately 200 examples in four albums, neatly stored and organized (some laid down, a very few loose). Included are examples from the libraries of: Jim Alfredson, Jeff Atkins, Vin Carey, Wilfred Tyler, Alan Hague, Topper Martyn, The D.D. Mystic Circle, Freddie Firth, James Wobensmith, Karl Germain, George Hughes (said to be one of only four examples; the balance were destroyed by Hughes), Jean De Merry, Eric Lewis, Mike Caveney, Chet Kartkut (many different), Faust, Peter Stammers, Milbourne Christopher, George Daily, Art Brush, and dozens more. A few stock plates included, and several plates SIGNED. A very good collection.
