Original pictorial printed yellow boards, early leather rebacking (some light rubbing to spine, some toning to covers). Provenance: lengthy pencil notation dated 1891 describing its provenance. FIRST EDITION of this rare work from an American woman poet. We were unable to locate any copies on the market. The last copy that sold in the rooms was over 40 years ago.
