[xiii], 1-[504]; [viii], 1-[520] pp. Bound in modern half red levant morocco over marbled boards, spines ruled and tooled in gilt in compartments, two black gilt morocco lettering labels, five raised bands, marbled endleaves, original first issue cloth from front boards bound-in at rear of both volumes (some faint creasing to upper corners of text, occasional light thumbsoiling, embossed stamp of the Haverhill Public Library on both title-pages).
