Canary Cage Transposition. Hamburg: Carl Willmann, ca. 1915. One nickel plated stand contains a metal canary cage, the other is empty. The visible cage vanishes, then reappears in the empty stand visibly ? with the live bird singing and flying about inside. Ornamental cast feet. Height 19?. Minor visible wear from age, but very good condition overall. Rare.
