[573] pp. Publisher's full black cloth, spine stamped in gilt, publisher's unclipped dust jacket, publisher's black cloth slipcase, stamped in gilt. FIRST EDITION, #20/100 COPIES SIGNED BY CAVE - THIS COPY INSCRIBED BY CAVE ON THE LIMITATION PAGE. IN ADDITION, A HAND-PAINTED FIGURINE (ONE OF ONLY 10 MADE) OF THE CHARACTER ON PAGE [570]. Figurine is approximately 4 3/4" high. Fine. Laid-in is a publisher's brochure. 

This short story collection was originally supposed to be published by Karl Edward Wagner's Carcosa Press, but the project was canceled due to the death of Coye. It was published years later by Fedogan & Bremer.
