[CBGB & OMFUG CLUB]. Pair of Large Photographic Portraits of Hilly Kristal, Owner and Founder of CBGB. [Ca. 1990s-2000s]. One portrait is an unframed black and white picture of Kristal, taken by Sheyla Baykal Cipriani. This photo approximately 14 x 10 1/2". The other portrait is a color portrait of Kristal outside of CBGB taken by Carol Fonde. Sight approximately 15 1/2 x 19". Framed under glass. Frame size approximately 17 x 21". Kristal (1931-2007) was a legend in the Punk and New Wave movements, creating the CBGB & OMFUG club in which some of the most famous and influential bands got their starts.

Condition

Black and white photo a bit toned with minor edgewear not affecting image. Color photo not examined out of frame. Both are generally fine.
