Chester and Lili Morris Wedding Album and Couple's Ephemera. Early to late 20th Century. Sizable archive documenting the marriage and family life of actor Chester Morris and his wife, Lillian Kenton Barker, best remembered as the original "Chesterfield Girl" of 1930s advertising fame. The collection spans more than three decades and includes photographs, correspondence, guest books, address books, artwork, and personal memorabilia documenting the couple's private and social lives.
Includes numerous family photographs, candid images of Morris and Barker together, as well as a 1940 congratulatory Western Union telegram from newlyweds Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball, guest books recording visits from famous friends, family and industry associates, and numerous keepsakes, hand-drawn cards, and gifts kept by the spouses.

Condition
Handling wear throughout, including minor creasing, edge wear, rubbing, toning, and occasional small tears or stains to paper items. Photographs generally well preserved. Albums and books show wear to bindings and covers.
