[CHRISTMAS CARDS - MAGIC]. Huge Group of Several Hundred Signed Christmas Cards Sent to Edwin Dawes and His Wife, Amy. [V.p., ca. 1970s-2000s]. Approximately 500 printed Christmas cards, most signed or inscribed to Dr. Dawes and sometimes his wife, Amy. Sentiments are from numerous friends and family, but primarily prominent magicians and magic collectors. Some signers include: Wittus Witt, Ray and Ann Goulet, Maxim, Magic Christian, Swan Cardini, Dorothy and Bill Lang, Ali Bongo, Judy and Al Berlinski, Claude Bercantal, Faust, Ricky Jay (card unsigned but envelope in Jay's hand), Len Vitus, Peter and Ilona Scarlett, Bob and Gretta Sinclair, and more. Includes several albums with cards neatly mounted, and many more loose. Some general wear, soiling. Generally very good.
