Most cards are made specifically for the circuses, some are generic holiday cards with overprinted names or messages. A few retain original envelopes. Some have mounted photographs. Many are signed by the senders. General wear due to age or use, a few duplicates. An excellent archive and a rare collection. Wilson, Bill Sneed, Sparks Circus, Dorothy and Harold Rumbaugh, Parker & Watts Circus, Barnum & Bailey (for the Smiths), Dailey Bros. Circus, Ringling Bros (from Jacob Wagner), Roland Butler, Arthur Hopper, Shell Bros. Circus, Cristiani-Wallace Bros. 3-Ring Circus, Zack Terrell, Lewis Bros. Circus, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey (inscribed by Charles Kitto), Harriet and Walter Krawiec, Al G. Barnes Wild Animal Circus, and a typed letter signed by Nat Green on stationery.
