One-color letterpress broadside playbill advertising an early American performance, in Philadelphia, of the equestrian circus founded in Britain by showman James West. In addition to the top-billed hippodrama, the show included Mrs. Williams? act on horseback involving broad swords, Master Yeaman ?still vaulting? from the back of a horse, and a slack rope performance by Mr. Blackmore.
