Illustrated. 170 pp. Publisher's full bluish-gray cloth, front board and spine stamped in blue and lettered in gilt (ex-library copy, spine sunned, worn, scuffed and with library marking, boards rubbed and browned at edges, endleaves with residue from library plates or pockets and with ink notations, erasure markings on title-page with some light loss of printed text, text toned and foxed, tissue-guard for frontispiece torn). Fair. Housed in later clamshell case. THE RARE FIRST EDITION WITH AN UNCOMMON ACCOUNT OF THE MORGAN RAID IN WHICH PEDDICORD WAS CAPTURED.
