Black and white photo of Buffalo Bill in a suit, cowboy hat on the left side of the photo, and the other man is at his desk with a pen. Embossed photography studio credit at lower right. On the verso in pencil, in an unknown hand: ?National order Cowboy Rangers 921 Cont [?] Sav [?] Bldg. Mr. Mayfield Close 5 #323 Blk." 7 ? x 9 ?". Some silvering at lower edge, light edgewear, verso toned. Fine. Based on the pencil inscription, the man at the desk may be A. W. Mayfield, the ?Boss" of the National Order of Cowboy Rangers.
