Coin or Ring in Drumhead. German, ca. 1920. Nickel-plated stand with u-shaped clip holds a paper drumhead, created before the audience and shown to be without guile. Moments later, a borrowed coin or ring, just vanished, bursts through the drumhead. Height 10 ??. Other small objects may be used. Fine craftsmanship. Scarce.
