Collection of 22 Indonesian Shadow Puppets. Bali/Java, [early 19th century?]. Wyang polychromed wooden puppets with articulated arms made from strips of leather; few hold various spear weapons. Included is a hand painted monster-like wolf creature made of leather that is attached to a wooden handle. Largest height 26?. Overall good.
