COOK, Howard N. (American, 1901-1980). Portrait of Edward Steele. Charcoal and pastel on brown paper. Signed at lower right margin. Approximately 36 x 23 ??. The second photo in this lot shows a picture of the mural. The image pictured is the most right male face. Some edgewear and chipping, 2? tear at lower left corner, and a few short marginal tears, multiple pin-holes at corners, margins a bit rough. Unframed. Can be rolled. Good condition. With the label of ?The City Library Association, Springfield Museum of Fine Arts? on verso, as well as their embossed stamp at the lower right corner.
