CRAIG, Burlon (American, 1914-2002). North Carolina Stoneware Face Jug. Late 20th Century. Stamped underneath somewhat illegible though Craig is visible. 19 x 13". 7 " base diameter. Face has a goatee applied teeth and other surface design elements.
Condition
Unusual patterns and textures inherent. Some glaze voids and random discolorations. Proper right ear has a chip. Handle has a crack which occured during firing, Handle strength intact.
