Crooked Gambling Wheel. Circa 1890s. A crooked or gaffed spinning gambling wheel, folk art style with oil cloth painted in red, black, and green with hand-painted figure of a lady in one section, center lined in dark purple velvet. There is a hidden button at the top corner which allows the operator to either slow the wheel or stop it; mechanism visible from underside. Wheel may be used on tabletop or wall mounted. 23 ? x 23 ? x 4". Scattered splits and losses to oilcloth mainly at sides; some losses to velvet.
