On wooden base, the figure wearing a velvet robe and hat, with painted plaster-composition head and hands. Title plaque to front. Figure?s head moves side to side, balls change underneath the cups, and red lights on necklace pendant light up, but arms do not raise, and sound is non-functional; will require repair.
