This version of the image was made through one of several experimental processes Curtis employed over the years. Hand-coloring was done using either oil-based and watercolor paint, or a gum process with ink. All proceeds benefit the Howard L. Gottlieb Foundation, which has been supporting nonprofit organizations in the fine arts since 2015.
