Cut and Restored Ribbon. Vienna: S. Klingl, ca. 1930. A ribbon running through the chromed tube and protruding from a central hole is cut, then visibly restored when the ends are pulled. Finely made. Mechanical opeeration, original box. 7? long. Uncommon.
