Decatur 1 Cent Fairest Wheel Cigar Trade Stimulator. Decatur: Decatur Fairest Wheel Works, ca. 1895. Gravity-driven spinning wheel with numbers in wooden case, windows on both sides. With coin receiving area at bottom (lacking both small windows). 23 ?? high. Some minor wear, wheel works but action is a bit stiff. Very good.
