Die and Frame. Circa 1920. Solid wooden block with faux Asian characters painted on it is tied inside an open frame through holes in the block and frame, yet penetrates the ribbon holding it on command. Ribbon with celluloid needle at one end, height of apparatus 8 3/8?. Finish worn, else good.
