Dissecting Drawer Box. After Martinka & Co., ca. 1880. Impressive and large hardwood drawer box finely crafted from hardwood. The interior is shown empty, yet upon reopening the drawer, is filled. The drawer is removed and the box ?dissected? by hinging open the top, bottom, and sides, yet when reassembled, a second production is made. Inlaid front panel. Length 9 ??. Evidence of repair and new hardware, but good condition overall. Scarce.
