Pen with lid is approximately 5 ??. Base of pen is stamped ??Swan Pen? Pat Apr 29 90?. Some tarnishing to case, mild wear (writing function not tested) to nib. This pen was a gift from the Doyles to Mr. James Holmes (this was purchased from Mr. Holmes? great-granddaughter). Offered with Parker Duofold ad from The Saturday Evening Post, Feb. 7, 1931. Full-page color ad on the inner front wrapper (neatly removed from the issue). Approximately 13 ? x 9 ??. Lightly toned, rubbed. Ad with photos of Doyle and the pen.
