Provenance: From the estate of Irwin Allen (1916?1991), the director of this film. Allen?s 1960 fantasy film ?The Lost World? was loosely based on the 1912 Arthur Conan Doyle novel and starred Michael Rennie, Claude Rains and David Hedison.
