On the title page Oscar Teale, an anti-spiritualist researcher (and Houdini's confidant and secretary) has identified the author as ?A deceased member of the SAM." Teale has also annotated pages 5 and 10, SIGNING 10 at the bottom. Rear wrapper with two chips, else very good. A very well-preserved example. SCARCE.
