Campaign glass depicting three caricatures of Eisenhower, accompanied by a COA signed by David North, stating: “My mother, Helen Weaver North, was General Dwight D. Eisenhower’s personal secretary at NATO Headquarters in Paris from 1951 and his personal secretary from 1953—1957. This is to certify that the Eisenhower campaign glass pictured below was given by President Eisenhower to my mother.” 5 ½” tall.
