Fairy Ribbon Shears. New Haven: Petrie & Lewis (P&L), ca. 1930. Cleverly prepared scissors aid in the performance of a cut and restored ribbon effect that is both exceedingly clean and visual. With original box bearing Petrie and Lewis stamp on interior. A few oxidation spots and paint chips, else in very good condition.
