One of only a few ?bastardized" copies, as explained in a TLS to Eddie Dawes by Findlay laid into the book, which states, ?This was NOT to the specification and the printers left me with this edition and reprinted as per contract. I destroyed all but less than a dozen copies. Bob Lund has one and I suppose Victor Farelli would also get one at the time: other than these I do not recollect any more being distributed. Thus this work has three eds. One 8vo one 4to and this bastardised ed. This information is NOT for publication or passing on."
