Lithograph Italian one-panel (?2 Fogli?) poster with half of the face of Sherlock Holmes at the right margin (Christopher Lee), in the center are footprints and blood spots. Approximately 55 x 39 ??. Linen backed. One vertical and three horizontal creases, some marginal tears and small chips, a few areas of restoration and inpainting (mainly at creases). Despite this being subtitled La Valle del Terrore (?The Valley of Fear?) this is the Italian version of Sherlock Holmes and the Deadly Necklace (1962).
