[FINE BINDINGS AND SETS]. BYRON, George Gordon, Lord (1788-1824). The Works of Lord Byron: With His Letters and Journals and His Life, by Thomas Moore, Esq. London: John Murray, 1832-1833. Small 8vos. All volumes illustrated with frontispieces and engraved title-pages. All volumes, except for volumes I and IX, have the half-titles. Complete in 17 volumes. Bound by William Brown in contemporary half green levant morocco over green cloth boards, spines ruled and lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, top edges gilt, marbled endleaves.

Condition

Spines sunned to brown, some wear, scuffing, light soiling to bindings, a few gutters starting, text a bit toned, occasionally soiled or foxed. Very good.
