Profusely illustrated in steel. [810]; [778] pp. Publisher's half burgundy morocco over red cloth boards, front boards with gilt central motif of Shakespeare, spines ruled, tooled and lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, edges stained red, marbled endleaves. THE TWO VOLUME IMPERIAL EDITION. 

Condition

Bindings worn at edges, spines toned and somewhat worn (especially at tailcaps), hinges reinforced, a few pages with minor marginal tears, text a bit toned, with occasional light thumbsoiling, some offsetting from plates. Near fine.
