This set comes with the companion reference volume The Nonesuch Dickensiana, for a total of 25 volumes. The plate is a woodblock after Hablot K. Browne ("Phiz,") entitled, "Sally Brass feeding the Marchioness" from The Old Curiosity Shop, with the original signed COA from Chapman and Hall and with a pull from the woodblock. Woodblock plate is approximately 41/2 x 3 1/4 x 3/4". Volumes bound in multi-colored buckram, black gilt morocco lettering labels on spines. #340/877 COPIES. 

Spines somewhat toned or sunned, some light occasional wear or soiling to bindings or labels, a few volume with foxing to bindings, interiors are generally bright. A fine set.
