[FOLK ART CARNIVAL ARTIFACTS] Hand-painted gaming wheel. Double sided small wheel with metal pins and plastic clapper. Wheel is mounted onto wooden crossbar. Center wheel appears to be from a laundry cart. 14 ? ? in diameter. Overall: 19 h x 14 ? w x 5?d. Wheel is worn with age and use, leather clapper is likewise worn, wheel spins easily. A very good example of homemade gambling apparatus.
