Some light scuffing to spine and joints, joints just starting, hinges starting, text toned, foxed, occasionally soiled. Near fine. FIRST EDITION OF THIS TITLE, WITH A HANDSOME, FULL-COLOR, FINELY DETAILED PAINTING OF HADDON HALL ON THE FORE-EDGE. This was identified by an early ink notation on verso of ffep.
