Wrappers (minor rubbing). Fine. PRESUMED FIRST EDITIONS OF THIS UNCOMMON BOOKLETS. Forepaugh began his career as a horse-trader, achieving great success. He founded a circus, emphasizing animal acts (for a long time, he was P. T. Barnum's greatest competitor). He eventually sold his circus to James A. Bailey; Bailey eventually combined his circus with Barnum, and later, Ringling Bros ? to form the famous Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey circus.
